ESSTMAGS Magnetic Encoder Kits are based on in-house xMR magnetoresistive technology and offer two mature schemes, PRBS Code and Vernier Code, delivered as a complete set including the IC, decoder IC, and code disc / magnet BOM materials. They cover humanoid robots, quadruped robots, dexterous hands, medical, and industrial collaborative robots; support standard and functional safety versions; offer Single-turn and Mechanical Multi-turn options; and are compatible with SPI, BiSS-C, RS485, analog, and other interfaces. With in-house wafer and code disc manufacturing, plus PCB and mechanical mounting references, they lower customer development difficulty and suit everything from prototypes to mass production.Applications: humanoid robots, quadruped robots, dexterous hands, medical robots, industrial collaborative robots, servo motors, and more
Combining the strengths of AMR, GMR, and TMR xMR technologies, it controls the entire process from wafer fabrication to module production. Focusing on high-precision angle signal detection, it stands out in accuracy, response frequency, and size, suiting collaborative robots, dexterous hands, high-precision turntables, servo motors, and other equipment. Custom development is welcome; it broadly serves industrial automation and robotics, outputting stable and reliable angle detection data.
Based on mature magnetoresistive technology and wafer fabrication processes, it achieves accurate displacement signal acquisition. With a compact structure and key performance metrics suited to harsh working conditions, it reliably performs linear position detection. Widely used in industrial equipment and robot mechanisms, backed by the group's global technical resources, it supports customization and can address displacement detection needs across new energy, medical, and other downstream fields.
Drawing on Sensitec's wafer design and manufacturing strengths across Hall and multiple xMR technology routes, it provides underlying IC support for encoder products. The ICs deliver stable performance in a compact package, suiting a wide range of angle and displacement detection applications. They can be paired with complete machines and encoder modules, serving humanoid robots, consumer electronics, servo systems, and other industries. Backed by full-chain IDM control, supply and performance consistency are guaranteed.
