From groundbreaking in spring to completion of the main structure in early autumn, this modern park, carrying the future strategic vision of the Sinomags group, is steadily moving from blueprint to reality.
On April 22, 2026, the project groundbreaking ceremony was held in Wuxi, formally launching this major project with substantial total investment, covering about 30 mu and about 46,000 square meters of total building area. Barely four and a half months later, Building 1 reached its main-structure topping-out, fully demonstrating the efficient, pragmatic work style and meticulous construction management of the project team.
The Building 1 topped out this time will combine modern general office space with R&D workshops, serving as the future core carrier for Shenxiste's technical innovation and management operations. Meanwhile, construction of the intelligent production workshop and other supporting facilities is in full swing.
